While on a squadron gunnery deployment at the Naval Air Station, Roosevelt Road, Puerto Rico, Dotty joined me for a few days vacation.  She was five months pregnant with our third child at the time but we managed to enjoy ourselves with a brief trip from PR over to St. Thomas and then to St. Croix.   The third island comprising the US Virgin Islands is St. John. 

We had one romantic night on the island and enjoyed the beautifully clear water and beach.  It was a time for total relaxation with only a handful of people anywhere around.
